21st Annual Ice Fishing Contest and Jamboree

Get ready for a fun-filled day on the ice at Miller Dam Lake Association’s 21st annual ice fishing contest and jamboree on January 28, 2023, at the Chequamegon Water Flowage in Gilman, WI! This popular event brings together ice-fishing enthusiasts of all ages for a day of friendly competition and outdoor fun.

The contest will feature raffle ticket drawings for a chance to win cash and other exciting prizes. Plus, the first 100 children in attendance will receive a free ice fishing rod and reel to use during the event. But that’s not all! The jamboree also includes a heated shelter to escape the cold, door prizes, great food and refreshments, and plenty more for families to enjoy.

Whether you’re an experienced angler or just looking to try your hand at ice fishing, this event is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills and have a great time on the ice.
