2025 Ford Explorer in Medford, WI

It can be difficult to stand out in a crowded market, but the Explorer has been doing so for years. It’s a highly family-friendly car with three rows and lots of cargo space. The 2025 Ford Explorer also has some exciting features that are new to this model, including the Ford Digital Experience, which helps the vehicle stand out further.

1. The Ford Digital Experience

With the Ford Digital Experience, you can customize a lot of what’s on your 13.2-inch infotainment display. The infotainment system is also more functional than ever. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto let you use features of your phone hands-free while it’s connected to your car’s infotainment system. You can also stream entertainment from various apps on your smartphone via this system.

Thanks to the Ford Digital Experience, the infotainment screen now lets passengers watch YouTube videos and play some games. There are lots of apps available to download through the Google Play Store. You can also connect your Google Account to the infotainment system, which lets you get personalized answers from Google Assistant and access maps you’ve got saved.

2. The Ability to Travel with Lots of Cargo

There’s up to 85.8 cubic feet of space you can use for traveling with cargo in the Explorer. Folding down the second and third rows provides you with access to this full amount of space, and the rows can also be folded down independently of each other or partially folded down to accommodate different seating configurations and cargo space needs.

In addition to traveling with cargo in the vehicle, you can also tow up to 5,000 pounds of cargo behind it. Each Explorer has the Class III Trailer Tow Package standard to help you with that.

3. The Standard Co-Pilot

Every Ford Explorer model has a version of Ford Co-Pilot360, which gives your car a huge range of features that enhance your safety. For example, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking sends you a visual and audio warning if the car detects that a collision is likely, and the vehicle can apply the brakes in an emergency. Other features include Blind Spot Assist, Intersection Assist, and a 360-degree camera system.
