Design

A major factor in the F-150’s popularity is its many available configurations. Three options for bed size and cabins are offered in all trim levels. Plus, even the lowest trim’s standard features prove supreme comfort, such as power lumbar support for the driver’s seat. Also, the automatic hold feature offers relief during constant stop-and-go traffic by holding the truck in place even if you remove your foot from the brake.

The F-150 has incredible standard features and even the base model has superior options for everything from safety and technology features to driving equipment. Meanwhile, higher trim levels offer exceptional standard features such as a generator and a mobile office, plus stunning optional features including a moonroof. Performance

The lowest trim is powered by a standard 2.7-liter V6 EcoBoost engine delivering 3325 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission with four drive modes: Normal, ECO, Sport, Tow/Haul, and Slippery. Though rear-wheel drive is standard, 4-wheel drive is available.

Technology

The 2024 F-150’s base model has standard AM/FM stereo and SiriusXM with 360L satellite radio. A 3-month free trial for FordPass Connect’s 5G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot is included that allows you to connect 10 devices simultaneously up to 50 feet from the vehicle. You also get free access to Ford’s Connected Navigation for one year.

The infotainment system has a 12-inch capacitive touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth connectivity for audio streaming and hands-free calling. Your contact list can be uploaded to the system, and audio is routed through the truck’s speakers.

Safety

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration awarded the 2024 F-150 a perfect 5-star overall safety rating. Even the line’s lowest trim has important standard driver’s aid and safety features, such as:
