Looking for something to do to celebrate the Fourth of July this year near Medford, WI? Independence Day is almost here, and at Medford Motors, we’re gearing up to celebrate alongside our neighbors at some of the most beloved community events across the region. Whether you’re craving fireworks, food, or just good old-fashioned small-town fun, there’s something for everyone this 4th of July—and we’re proud to be part of it!

🎉 Jump River’s 46th Annual July 4th Celebration

Jump River, WI – Jump River Lions Club – Friday, July 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM-11:55 PM

head up to Jump River on the 4th for their 46th Annual July 4th Celebration! This long-standing tradition is a true slice of Americana, and we’ll be rolling through the parade to show our community spirit. Bring the whole family and enjoy everything Jump River has to offer on this special day. All Events are free to spectators, here is what you can expect that day:

Parade – 11am
Truck and Tractor Pull – Noon
Horseshoe Pitch – Noon
Kids pedal Pull – 1pm
Fireworks Display by Big Daddy’s Fireworks 10pm

🦌 Perkinstown Buck Fest

Medford, WI – P-Town Saloon and Grill – Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 3:00 PM – After 10:00 PM

In Action at the Perkinstown Parade 2024

Nothing says “Wisconsin” like Perkinstown’s Buck Fest! We’re honored to be part of the parade festivities again this year on the 4th. This unique celebration brings out the whole community and is a great way to kick off your day before the fireworks light up the sky. Plan for Live Music, Food Trucks, Fireworks and More. 🎉 Phillips Independence Day Parade

Phillips, WI – Flambeau Avenue (County Road W) – Friday, July 4, 2025, at 2 PM

We’re also heading over to Phillips to join their Fourth of July parade, where the streets will be lined with families, flags, and lots of festive fun. We love connecting with the great folks in Phillips and celebrating freedom the Northwoods way! This will be at a new location this year because of construction. Parade watchers will need to find a spot along Flambeau Avenue (County Road W) to watch the parade.  The parade will start at the driveway of Phillips School District on Flambeau Avenue and will travel toward Beebe Street, so it will be a shorter length and travel in a different direction than other years.  Parade floats will exit at Beebe Street and Avon Avenue. Also, that evening, the fireworks will be in Elk Lake Park at dusk.

💥 BOOMFEST in Medford

Medford, WI – Medford City Park

Jul 3, 2025 – Jul 4, 2025. July 3rd 6pm to 11pm & July 4th 2pm to 7:30pm

American Legion Boom Fest

Of course, no 4th of July is complete without BOOMFEST, right here in our hometown of Medford! This two-day event is hosted by American Legion Post 147 and features:

  • July 3rd (5–11 PM): Live music from Knock Point, food vendors, and a fun night out under the stars.
  • July 4th (starting at 2 PM): Family activities galore—bouncy house, petting zoo, chalk drawing contest, dunk tank, kiddie parade, and a free swim at the city pool.
  • Fireworks at 10 PM: A spectacular display to cap off an incredible holiday!
